Elite Soccer Performance is a premier training facility based in Berlin, CT with locations on Deming Road and at the UP House Complex in Farmington. The club operates a four-phase development system (E.S.P. Training System) focusing on athletic performance, technical, tactical, and psychological development for elite soccer athletes. They offer a 6,000 sq. ft. facility with specialized amenities including a weight room, care and treatment room, and turf rental options. The club emphasizes sports science-based training with board certified physical therapists and certified strength & conditioning specialists. They serve athletes aged 10-18 with individual, small group, and team coaching in a competitive environment designed to develop elite-level players.
