About
Roots Soccer Academy is a Worcester, MA-based youth soccer academy founded on the philosophy of "Develop Deep, Stay Local." Led by Coach Tyler Brondyk, who brings 25 years of playing experience including NCAA Division II soccer at Stonehill College and semi-professional play in Germany, plus 15 years of coaching expertise from youth programs to the New England Revolution Academy. The academy focuses on nurturing young players through high-quality coaching, character development, and strong moral values rooted in faith, hope, and love. They offer an inclusive, educational approach through clinics, camps, tournaments, and specialized training, with Tyler also co-founding Athletic Futsal, Worcester's first youth-oriented futsal club.
